Hey there,

Our ND26 schedule keeps growing! We've just added several new breakout sessions covering everything from workplace advocacy to nutrition to understanding the autistic brain.

How Breakout Sessions Work

Throughout the weekend, we'll gather together as a full community for Main Stage sessions twice a day. Between those anchors, you'll choose from concurrent breakout sessions based on your interests—workshops, discussions, and outdoor activities.

Here's a preview of what's new:

New Breakout Sessions

Somatic Tools for Social Scaries

If social situations make you break out in a cold sweat, this workshop’s for you. This won’t be your run-of-the-mill self-talk practice; it's a way of working what you feel through your body without needing to verbalize it. (Amy Clover)

How to Advocate for Yourself in the Workplace: Tips for Neurodivergent Adults

Learn to advocate for yourself at work in ways that feel authentic and effective. You’ll leave with practical language for workplace conversations, simple boundary-setting strategies, and a clear next step you can try this week. (Patrick Thomas)

Nutrition 9-1-1: How to Feed Yourself When Everything Feels Like Too Much

Feeding yourself shouldn't feel like a full-time job. But for many neurodivergent folks, executive dysfunction, sensory sensitivities, and perfectionism can make nutrition feel overwhelming and exhausting. You'll get a simple, flexible framework for building meals and snacks that support energy, focus, and mood—even on low spoon days. (Rebecca King)

Hula Hoops, Hyperloops, and Flow

Exploring movement, focus, and finding your flow state through unexpected means. And yes, there will be hula hoops on the lawn! đź‘€ (Nancy Tran)

Ask the Psychiatrist

De-prescribing, un-diagnosing, and reclaiming your medical care. (Dr. Kristin Budde)

Coming Next: Meetups!

We're still reviewing meetup applications and will be publishing the full list soon. You can expect dozens of attendee-led gatherings on specific interests, identities, and topics—it's another way to connect with your people. (And it's not too late to propose one of your own!)
