The first ND26 keynote is out today 🎥

👉 Ky Westcott @ ND26—Video Live at 12pm CT!

Hey there,

Great news: the main-stage talks from ND26 are going up on YouTube, and we're kicking things off with a premiere—today at 12pm Central time. We'd love for you to watch it live with us. 📺

"It's Okay to Hate Your Brain Sometimes" by Kyrus Keenan Westcott

Ky Westcott is the creator behind The Vibe With Ky, where more than two million people work through ADHD, anxiety, and mental health with humor and no toxic positivity. His talk sits honestly with the days when positive thinking isn't enough—and makes the case that letting yourself be frustrated with your own brain can be a real step toward self-compassion.

How the Premiere Works

At 12pm Central (1pm Eastern / 11am Mountain / 10am Pacific), the video debuts on YouTube and everyone watches together in real time—there's a live chat running alongside it, so you can react and say hi to other people watching. It's the closest thing to being back in the room.

Click the link anytime before then and you'll see a countdown with a "Notify me" button so you don't miss the start.

Can't make it live? No problem. The moment the premiere ends, it turns into a regular video you can watch whenever you like—same link, no rush. You can also find it on Ky's ND speaker page.

More talks are on the way over the coming weeks. If you were there in March, this is your chance to revisit the magic. If you weren't, it's a great way to get psyched for next year.

Important: Can You Help Us Share the Message?

These things really matter! If you're able, please take 30 seconds on YouTube to like the video, drop a quick comment, and share it with someone who'd get something out of it. It feels minor, but it's really how these videos find the people who need them—the YouTube algorithm rewards early engagement. It's also a real way to say thanks to Ky! 🙏

More Talks Coming Each Week

A lot of new things are on the site lately—the Learning Library, the glossary, Fidget Corner, the Business Directory—and this is just the start of the ramp-up. As we head into the fall, expect much more: additional keynotes each week, a new series of free daily games, and a couple things we're not quite ready to reveal yet.

One Date to Circle: Fall Ticket Sales!

ND27 early bird tickets open September 15. 📌

Our waiting list has grown a lot since March—more than we expected—so we're planning for our first round of ND27 tickets to go quickly. Before the sale, we'll walk you through exactly how it works, so you'll be fully informed when the time comes.

Watch for that in the next few weeks!

More soon,

Chris & the ND Team

Hey there, Something's been shifting at NeuroDiversion: we're growing from a once-a-year event into a year-round home. The gathering in Austin is still the heart of it—but around it we're building a learning library, daily games, professional education, and a community that doesn't pack up when the weekend ends. Here's some of what that looks like right now. Join Us for a Community Call: Tuesday, September 22 We're hosting a live community call, and Gary Ware is running the show. If you were...

🎉 Jessica McCabe | Yusef Farah 🎥 Hey there, Two more main-stage talks from ND26 are going up on YouTube today, and both are worth your time. Jessica McCabe — ADHD and CreativityJessica is the creator of How to ADHD, the award-winning channel that's helped millions of people make sense of their brains, known for the warmth and humor that make people feel seen. This year she dug into the link between ADHD and creativity: why so many ADHD brains are wired to make things, and how to work with...

Hey there, We made you something fun today. 🙂 It's called Fidget Corner, and it features six small fidgets and games that are all free to play. I'd love for you to check it out! Right now there are three sensory toys (Pop Field, Marble Run, and Sand Canvas) and three little games (Putt, Catch, and Tempo). Sound is on by default, but you can turn it off, and everything respects reduced-motion settings. Over the next year, we'll be rolling out a lot more experiments, including some that can be...
