ND26 Packing List - Get Ready for Austin! 🧳

Hey there,

NeuroDiversion 26 is .... next week! Time to start thinking about packing for your trip to Austin.

What to Bring

  • Layers! Austin weather can be unpredictable in March. Expect warm days (70s–mid-80s °F / low-20s to around 29 °C), but bring a light jacket for evenings or rain showers
  • Comfortable shoes for walking between sessions and exploring the nearby area
  • Favorite snacks especially if you have dietary needs or like comfort foods. (If you need to buy more on site, there's a Whole Foods and a Target right across the street.)
  • Any medications you regularly take plus a day or two extra
  • Any fidgets, noise-canceling headphones, or comfort items you typically use

The Vibe Is Relaxed 😎

NeuroDiversion is designed to be relaxed and comfortable. There's no need to dress up—wear whatever makes you feel at ease. The whole event is a no-pressure environment where you can participate as much or as little as feels right.

Each day includes plenty of breaks, quiet spaces, and options. We want this to feel like hanging out with friends who understand you—not like a formal conference.

Party Themes (for those who like to plan!) 🕺🏻

We'll have two evening social events with themes:

Friday, March 20th: "Elemental" Opening Reception Think: earth, air, fire, water, and space: natural tones, flowing fabrics, textures. Interpret it however feels right to you! 🍃 🪐

Sunday, March 22nd: "Sparkle & Shine" Closing Party Sequins, glitter, metallics, anything that catches the light. Be as extra as you want or keep it simple! ✨ 🎩

Note: If you're into dressing up for themed parties, here's your chance! And if you're NOT into costumes, that's totally okay—come as you are.

See you soon!

Chris & team

P.S. Don't forget to RSVP for sessions if you haven't already—it helps you connect with other attendees before you arrive, and it helps us plan where to put each session. You can manage all your RSVPs at app.neurodiversion.org. 😎
